Access to Services for FHPlus Enrollees. a) FHPlus Enrollees may obtain Family Planning and Reproductive Health services, and HIV testing and pre-and post-test counseling when performed as part of a Family Planning and Reproductive Services encounter, from either the Contractor or through the Designated Third Party Contractor, as applicable. No referral from the PCP or approval by the Contractor is required to access such services.
