Common use of Access to Site Clause in Contracts

Access to Site. The Employer and the Engineer and any persons authorized by either of them shall, at all times, have access to the Works and to the Site and to all workshops and places where work is being prepared or whence materials, manufactured articles or machinery are being obtained for the Works and the Contractor shall afford every facility for and every assistance in or in obtaining the right to such access.
