Common use of Access to SUBMITTER’s Hardware and Software Clause in Contracts

Access to SUBMITTER’s Hardware and Software. ERDS 8 SUBMITTER shall provide CERTNA and COUNTY with physical access during normal 9 business hours to all of ERDS SUBMITTER’S hardware and software directly 10 interacting with the CERTNA ERDS system.
