Access to Telephone and Mailing Address. Elected and appointed officials of the Union shall be permitted to make necessary local telephone calls and receive mail at the Employer’s address . The privileges conferred are limited to matters of business between the Employer and the Union and shall under no circumstances extend to internal Union matters .
