Common use of Access to Telephone Numbers Clause in Contracts

Access to Telephone Numbers. A. BellSouth, during any period under this Agreement in which it serves as a North American Numbering Plan administrator for its territory, shall ensure that Carrier has nondiscriminatory access to telephone numbers for assignment to its telephone exchange service customers. It is mutually agreed that BellSouth shall provide numbering resources pursuant to the Bellcore Guidelines Regarding Number Assignment and compliance with those guidelines shall constitute nondiscriminatory access to numbers. Xxxxxxx agrees that it will complete the NXX code application in accordance with Industry Carriers Compatibility Forum, Central Office Code Assignment Guidelines, ICCF 00-0000-000.
