ACCESS TO THE WORKSITE. 1. Representatives of the Association, and officers and staff of the BCTF authorized by the Association, shall have the right, with the agreement of the principal, to transact Association business on school property and to utilize District facilities, provided such activities or use does not interfere with teachers' or principals’ duties. 2. Such access shall be governed by School District policies and procedures regarding visitor sign-in.
