Access to Use. Subject to the terms of the Agreement, Company grants the Customer a non- exclusive, non-transferable right to access the PeoplesHR Software during the Agreement Term to: (a) use the PeoplesHR Software; and (b) implement, configure, and permit Authorised Users, through its Account Administrator, to access and use the PeoplesHR Software.
