ACCESS TO WORKSITE AND USE OF FACILITIES. a. Representatives of the Union shall be permitted to transact official Union business on school property and utilize District facilities. b. The Union shall be permitted to use school facilities and equipment for meetings and other Union activities. c. Requests for use of facilities shall be in accordance with Board Policies and Procedures, and all expenses incurred shall be charged to the Union at cost. d. The Union shall have the right to post notices of activities and matters of Union concern on staff bulletin boards.
