Access to WorldView. Subject to Customer’s compliance with the terms of the Agreement, Xxxxxx grants to Customer and its Authorized Users during the Subscription Term a non-exclusive, non-transferable, nonsublicensable, revocable right to access and use WorldView, through the Dragos Portal for Customer’s internal use.
Access to WorldView. Subject to Customer’s compliance with the terms of the Agreement, Xxxxxx grants to Customer and its Authorized Users during the Subscription Term a non-exclusive, non-transferable, nonsublicensable, revocable right to access and use WorldView, through the Dragos Portal for Customer’s internal use. To access the Dragos Portal, you must have a Dragos account associated with a valid Customer Form 20220908 1 email address. Only one account per email address may be created.
