Common use of Access to Your Account by Third Party Clause in Contracts

Access to Your Account by Third Party. By giving, whether orally, electronically, or in writing, a third-party information about your account (for example, your account number or the MICR information appearing at the bottom of your checks or your access numbers or devices), you are authorizing those parties to generate orders withdrawing money from your account in the amounts they draw payable to whom they identify. All orders generated by third parties who have your account information are deemed to be authorized by you. You authorize us to honor those orders and we have no obligation to re-credit your account.
