Common use of Access Upon Emergency Clause in Contracts

Access Upon Emergency. Landlord shall also have the right to enter on and pass through the Demised Premises, or any part thereof, at such times as such entry shall be required by emergency circumstances affecting the Demised Premises or the Building. In such event, if practicable, Landlord or its agents shall be accompanied by a designated representative of Tenant or a member of the police, fire, water or other municipal department concerned or of a recognized protection company or of a public utility which is concerned.
