Accessing Advertiser Programs. Publisher may apply to Advertiser Programs for the opportunity to earn Publisher Fees by promoting Advertisers in accordance with the Advertiser Program terms and this Agreement. Once approved by the Advertiser for acceptance into its Advertiser Program, Publisher consents to and shall be bound by the terms and conditions of the Advertiser Program and Publisher may utilize links to Advertiser's web site or offers in accordance with the Advertiser Program terms and this Agreement.
