Accessing the Product and Creating a User Account. THE PRODUCT IS INTENDED SOLELY FOR ACCESS AND USE BY INDIVIDUALS 16 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER. BY ACCESSING AND USING THE PRODUCT, YOU ARE CERTIFYING THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 16 YEARS OLD. While there are parts of the Product where access requires the payment of a fee ("Paid Services"), there is no cost to register to create a User Account. The specific functionality of the Product available to You will vary depending upon (1) whether You create a User Account, and (2) whether or not You choose to purchase Paid Services.
