Membership Registration. 1. To use the Service, the User shall be required to accept and agree to the Terms of Use etc., and complete membership registration procedure designated by Pixta.
2. If any User who has applied for, or completed the membership registration falls under any of the following causes in addition to the provision of paragraph 6 of Article 1 hereof, Pixta may refuse or cancel the User’s application or registration at any time without any liability to the User. Also Pixta shall not be obligated to disclose the reason of such refusal or cancellation to the User and the User shall not take objection to Pixta’s decision.
i. If Pixta determines at its sole discretion that the User has breached or is likely to breach the Terms of Use etc.;
ii. If the registered information is found, in whole or part, to be fallacious, erroneous, or defective;
iii. If the registration of the User has been once cancelled by Pixta;
iv. If the User who is a person with limited capacity has completed the membership registration without consent of his or her legal representative, guardian or the like, or if the User is a minor;
v. If Pixta determines that the User is antisocial forces or any equivalent thereof, or Pixta determines that the User is involved in antisocial forces or any equivalent thereof;
vi. If otherwise Pixta determines that the User is inappropriate as the Member.
3. The Member shall not transfer, rent, change the name of, grant security interest on or otherwise dispose of the account, the registered e-mail address, password, and status as the Member, and the rights and obligations granted hereunder or the right to receive the Service.
4. The membership registration procedure requires the User’s entry of registered e-mail address and password. If Pixta recognizes the match between such registered e-mail address and password, it shall be deemed by Pixta that the login and use thereof has been conducted by the User who has been registered as the holder of the registered e-mail address and password. Each User shall keep strictly private and confidential the registered e-mail address and password.
5. Pixta shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User arising out of or in relation to the use of his or her registered e-mail address or password by any third party regardless of existence of the User’s negligence.

This Membership supports participating moms, Leaders and Mentors with valuable support, encouragement and resources. Leadership Training This MOPS group exists as a part of your local church/organization’s ministry. The Leadership of this local MOPS group is charged with and accepts the responsibility of encouraging, equipping and developing mothers to bring them one step clxxxx to Jesus. MOPS International makes available certain materials, live events, curriculum and support to assist the local Leadership in these tasks. This church/organization understands that MOPS International Leadership training is not all-inclusive. It does not include comprehensive training in personnel practices and procedures, or hiring/selecting child care workers or other personnel. This church/ organization understands that providing funds for Leaders to attend training events is a responsibility of the church/organization and will consider providing for such opportunities through its own budget. Ownership and Return of MOPS International Materials It is agreed that the MOPS name and logo, Group Experience Kit, DVDs, printed materials and access to online group management are owned solely and exclusively by MOPS International. The MOPS name and logo, Group Experience Kit, DVDs, printed materials and online group management can only be used while a current MOPS Ministry Agreement is in effect. Such use shall be confined solely to the publicity for and identification of activities sponsored by the MOPS group, except as specifically authorized in writing by MOPS International.
Membership Registration. 1. Customers who want to join as members shall apply for membership after filling in the Membership application provided by the offline mall agreeing to this Agreement, the Privacy Statements, and 'the Agreement concerning the collection and use of personal information.
2. The Company approves the Membership of any of the customers who have applied as members according to the previous paragraph unless they fall under any of the following subparagraphs: ① in case the applicant has previously lost his or her membership under these Terms and Conditions. ② in case there is a false, omitted entry or error in the application details. ③ in case a name was applied by stealing another's name. ④ in case the application was made to violate good customs and other social orders. ⑤ in case the applicant fails to meet the requirements specified by the company.
3. In the following cases, the Company may withhold approval for membership registration until the reasons for the limits of the application are resolved: ① in case service-related facilities are not enough. ② in case of technical difficulties. ③ other cases in which the Company acknowledges its necessity.
4. The establishment date of the Membership registration agreement shall be the time when the Members receives the approval of the Company.
5. All information listed in the application form for membership is deemed to be true and actual data. The Member who do not enter their real names or actual information may not be protected by the law and be restricted from various services.
6. If there is any change in the member registration items, the Member shall immediately notify the change to the Company by e-mail or other means. The Company shall not be responsible for any disadvantages arising from the member's failure to notify the Company of such changes.
7. The Member shall not transfer it or provide it for loan or security to another person.
8. If a member is younger than 19 years old, he or she agrees to these terms and conditions with the consent of the legal representative and applies for the Membership. However, according to the law, the registration may be restricted, or the provision of some services may be limited regardless of the consent of the legal representative.
Membership Registration. 1. Upon agreeing to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, a person wishing to use the Service shall register as a member in the manner prescribed by the Organization. The member warrants that all information provided to the Organization at the time of registration is accurate.
2. Individuals who have registered for membership will be issued an ID (their e-mail address entered during the membership registration process) and a password.
3. This service is only available to those 18 years of age or older.
4. If an individual residing outside of Japan registers as a member, he/she may not be able to use some or all of the features and privileges of the Service.
5. If a member falls under any of the following categories, the Organization may, at its discretion, refuse to accept the member's registration or re-registration without disclosing the reason:
i. If the individual registers as a member without following the Organization's prescribed procedures;
ii. If there is a possibility of a violation of the Agreement;
iii. If the individual is a member of an antisocial force (including those who were members in the past) and related persons;
iv. Any other cases that the Organization deems inappropriate.
6. If there is any change in the information registered at the time of membership registration, the member shall promptly correct such changes through the prescribed procedures.
7. There shall be no registration or annual fee.
