Accessory Metering Services – Reference Service (Metering). Certain Metering Services requested by a User and which Horizon Power provides under this Agreement are an accessory to a Reference Service (Metering). Accessory Metering Services - Reference Services (Metering) are not a component of a Reference Service. They are provided in accordance with the Code, as identified by Horizon Power or in response to a specific request under this Agreement.
