Common use of Accident and Health Clause in Contracts

Accident and Health. (A&H) Insurance covering all participants (athletes, coaches, officials, volunteers) in Organization’s program with a limit of not less than (1) the limit required by the terms of Organization’s General Liability policy, or (2) $25,000 for excess accident medical expenses and $10,000 for accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D).

Accident and Health. (A&H) Insurance covering all participants (athletes, coaches, officials, volunteers) in Organization’s program with a limit of not less than the lesser of (1) the limit required by the terms of Organization’s General Liability policy, or (2) $25,000 100,000 for excess accident medical expenses and $10,000 for accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D), per season.
