Common use of Accident Investigation Clause in Contracts

Accident Investigation. In the event of any accident, loss or casualty event involving any use of the Equipment, whether resulting in property damage or bodily injury or other loss or damage, Customer shall, under Supplier and/or Supplier's insurer's direction, provide, at its sole cost and expense, for the full and complete investigation of any such accident, loss or casualty event. Costs and expenses of any investigation may include, but shall not be limited to, reasonable fees and costs for, lawyers, experts, forensic investigations, adjusters, and inspection, disassembly, transportation and/or storage of the Equipment. The Customer agrees that it will pay all defense costs of investigations conducted by Supplier, or entities working on Supplier’s behalf.
