ACCIDENT, LOSS OF PROPERTY, OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY. 1. NOTIFICATION TO MDC. If any property covered by this Agreement is damaged, lost, stolen, or destroyed, or if any person is injured or dies, or if any property is damaged as a result of its operation, use, maintenance, or possession, STI shall promptly notify MDC of the occurrence, and shall file all necessary accident reports, including those required by law and those required by insurers of the leased property.
