Accident or Incident on Premises. The Contractor shall immediately notify Airport Operations and the Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative (“COTR”) regarding any accident or incident resulting in damage to the Premises, Airports Authority, or private property, significant damage to an aircraft, or a personal injury requiring immediate medical attention by Airports Authority Police, Fire, or Emergency Medical Services, or any report, discovery, or investigation of any fraud or theft. The Contractor shall also submit a written report to the Airports Authority detailing the incident or accident within seventy-two (72) hours.

Accident or Incident on Premises. The Contractor shall immediately notify Airport Operations and the Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative (COTR) regarding any accident or incident upon the premises resulting in property damage to the Premises or an aircraft in an amount judged likely to be more than Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000) or a personal injury requiring immediate medical attention. Contractor shall also submit a written report to the Authority detailing the incident or accident within seventy-two (72) hours in a form acceptable to the Authority.

  • Industrial Accident or Illness Leave shall be reduced by one (1) day for each day of authorized absence regardless of a temporary disability indemnity award.

  • Industrial Accident or Illness Leave 7.6.1 All unit members shall receive sixty (60) days’ leave with pay in any one fiscal year for an industrial accident or illness. An industrial accident or illness is defined as one where the unit member becomes ill or is injured while he/she is serving the District, and, the accident or illness is reported to the District’s Self-Insurance Program in accordance with District regulations, and, the District Self-Insurance Program accepts responsibility for the treatment of the unit member.

  • Transportation of Accident Victims Transportation to the nearest physician or hospital for employees requiring medical care as a result of an on-the-job accident shall be at the expense of the Employer.

  • Use of the Premises 8.1. To use the Premises only as a private residence for the occupation of the Tenant and his immediate family.

  • Union Activity on Premises and/or Access to Premises The Union agrees that neither it, nor its officers, agents, representatives and members will engage in the solicitation of members, holding of meetings or any other Union activities on Hospital premises or on Hospital time without the prior approval of the Hospital, except as specifically provided for in this Agreement. Such approval will not be unreasonably denied.

  • Vandalism Or Malicious Mischief This peril does not include loss to property on the "residence premises", and any ensuing loss caused by any intentional and wrongful act com- mitted in the course of the vandalism or malicious mischief, if the dwelling has been vacant for more than 60 consecutive days immediately before the loss. A dwelling being constructed is not consid- ered vacant.

  • Condition of the Premises Tenant has examined the Premises, including the appliances and fixtures ( and furnishings), and acknowledges that they are in good condition and repair, normal wear and tear excepted, and accepts them in its current condition, except for:

  • ACCIDENT PREVENTION T h i s p r o v i s i o n i s applicable to all Federal-aid construction contracts and to all related subcontracts.

  • Accident and Incident Investigations An accident, injury, critical injury, or hazardous situation will be investigated in accordance with the CJHSC’s investigation protocol.

  • SALE OF THE PREMISES In the event the Property is marketed to be sold by the Owner during the Term of this Agreement, the Agent: (check one) ☐ - Shall have exclusive rights of representation under terms agreed upon in a separate listing agreement. ☐ - Shall not have any rights to sell the Property under any circumstance, terms, or conditions.
