Accidents and Dangerous Occurrences. The Hirer must report all accidents involving injury to the public to the Trustees as soon as possible. Any failure of equipment belonging to the Hall must also be reported as soon as possible. Certain types of accident or injury must be reported by the Trustees on a form to the local authority in accordance with the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 2013 (RIDDOR).

The Hirer must report all accidents involving injury to the public to an authorised representative of the Trustees Memorial Hall as soon as possible, and complete the relevant section in the Memorial Hall's Accident Book. Any failure of equipment equipment, either that belonging to the Hall Memorial Hall, or brought in by the Hirer must also be reported as soon as possible.
