After use, they must be extinguished properly by immersion in cold water and removed from the premises. Internal decorations of a combustible nature (e.g. polystyrene, cotton wool) may only be erected with the consent of the management committee. Decorations must not be put up or displayed near light fittings, heaters or any source of heat/ignition. The following are NOT permitted and must not be brought onto or used in any part of the premises:

Car door banging and loud conversation in the car park should be discouraged. All music, live or recorded, must cease by 11.00pm, with guests vacating the premises quietly by 11:15pm. The Hirer and/or organisers must vacate the premises by midnight.
