ACCOMMODATION OF DISABLED EMPLOYEES. The District has a lawful obligation under the Americans with Disabilities Act and the California Fair Employment and Housing Act to make reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities. Any accommodation will be on a case–by–case basis and will not be precedential nor will constitute a past practice for anyone other than a qualified individual with disabilities.
