Each Participant shall request the appropriate authorities of its country (or its Member States in the case of an international organization) to use their best endeavours, within the framework of applicable legislation, to facilitate the accomplishment of formalities involved in the movement of persons, the importation of materials and equipment and the transfer of currency which shall be required to conduct the Task in which it is engaged.
