However, we are not responsible for the refusal or inability of any ATM or POS terminal, merchant, or financial institution to honor the Card, to complete a transaction, or for their retention of the Card. You understand that your Card is not a credit card and does not provide “credit” which means that you may not defer payment of Card transactions.
