In such a case, an attempted transaction may be refused by the shared-network ATM. Transactions at certain ATMs not owned by us may be subject to a service fee charged by the terminal operator or any network used. In addition, we may charge fees for these transactions (refer to our Business Schedule of Fees). Certain ATMs located in foreign countries allow access to your savings account only. The privilege of Southland Credit Union services available to members must be reserved for members who are in “good standing.” You acknowledge and agree that the purpose of this policy is to protect the employees, volunteers and members of the Credit Union from abusive members. To this end, this policy addresses standards of member conduct in order to assure the rights and protection of the Credit Union’s employees, volunteers and members. You further acknowledge and agree that this policy also defnes what constitutes a “monetary loss” which may also serve as a basis for limiting member services. You acknowledge and agree that the Credit Union’s good reputation is due in large part to the loyalty, commitment and continued eforts of its employees, volunteers and members. The Credit Union is committed to treating its employees, volunteers and members with respect and is committed to maintaining a work place free from unacceptable conduct from any source. In the event that you engage in any type ofabusive behavior” (defned below) towards a Credit Union member, employee or volunteer engaged in Credit Union business, the Credit Union is authorized to apply appropriate remedial measures against you. This Part VI contains several notices that the Credit Union is required to provide to you and establishes other terms that will apply to all funds transfers that involve you and the Credit Union.
