We have the right to disable any User ID at any time, if in our opinion, you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of this Agreement. You may only use our Site as set out in this Agreement. Any illegal or unauthorized use of our Site shall constitute a violation of this Agreement. You may print off or download extracts of page(s) from our Site for your use in Patient care or insertion into a Patient’s electronic health records only.

Service Access. (a) Customer will provide its own Internet access with sufficient connectivity and all communications equipment, computer systems, software, and other materials (“Computer Systems”) necessary for it and its Users to access and use the Service. Customer is solely responsible for the security of its own Computer Systems and the security of its access to and connection with the Service.
(b) Each User will have a unique user ID and password to access the Service, and Customer will ensure that its Users will use only their respective assigned user IDs and passwords and not those of another User. Customer is responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of all usernames, passwords, and access keys for the use of the Service. Customer shall not disclose or make available passwords other than to its Users, shall use best efforts to prevent unauthorized access to or use of the Service, and will promptly notify Revvity of any unauthorized use, loss or theft of any username, password, or access key, or any other known or suspected breach of security. In the event Customer makes such passwords available to any third-party, Customer shall be solely liable for all actions taken by such third party.
Service Access. By submitting your information to set up an account for the Service on the Licensor website, you will be granted access to the Service subject to this Agreement. Your access to the Service will begin once you click your acceptance of the terms of this Agreement and will continue for such time until this Agreement is terminated (the "Term"). You may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing Licensor with written notice. Licensor may terminate this Agreement: (a) immediately upon any breach of this Agreement by you; or (b) for any reason (or no reason) upon five (5) calendar days’ notice to you. Upon termination of this Agreement, your access and use of the Service must cease and you will no longer be permitted to use or access the Service.
