Common use of Account Alerts Clause in Contracts

Account Alerts. When certain changes are made to the account(s) you have set up in the Services, the Bank will automatically send you an account alert letting you know the change was made. You should contact us immediately if the change(s) was not authorized by you or another person authorized to make the change on your behalf. Additionally, you have the option to set up, or change from time-to-time, one or more categories of information about which you wish to receive voluntary account alerts from the Bank. You can choose to have account alerts sent to an e-mail address that you designate, and, if available, to your mobile device that accepts SMS text messages. You understand and agree that your account alerts may be delayed or prevented by a variety of factors beyond the Bank’s control, and the Bank neither guarantees the delivery of, nor the accuracy of, the contents of any account alert. You also understand and agree that the Bank shall not be liable for any delays, failure to deliver, or misdirected delivery of any alert; for any errors in the content of an alert; or for any actions taken or not taken by you or any third party in reliance on an account alert. Because account alerts are not encrypted, the Bank will never include your User Access Codes or full account number. However, account alerts may include your name and some information about your accounts. Depending upon which account alerts you select, information such as your account balance or the due date for your loan payment may be included. Anyone with access to your phone, e-mail, or mobile device (including SMS text messages, if available) will be able to view the contents of these alerts.

Account Alerts. When certain You may set alert messages (“Account Alerts”) regarding your Online Banking Account(s) by completing our Account Alerts setup process. Via the setup process, you will set the Accounts and types of Account Alerts you wish to receive. In addition, we may send you Account Alerts automatically for security purposes when, for example, changes are made to your online Access ID or Password. We may change, suspend, or terminate the account(s) you have Account Alerts service at any time without prior notice. As part of the set up in the Services, the Bank will automatically send you an account alert letting you know the change was made. You should contact us immediately if the change(s) was not authorized by you or another person authorized to make the change on your behalf. Additionallyprocess, you have must designate an email address and/or mobile phone number to which the option Account Alerts will be delivered. By setting up Account Alerts, you consent to set up, or change from time-to-time, one or more categories our delivery of information about which you wish Account Alerts to receive voluntary account alerts from the Bank. You can choose to have account alerts sent to an e-mail email address that and/or mobile phone numbers you designate, and you are responsible for any charges and fees imposed by your cellular phone service and internet service provider. You must notify us of any changes to any email address or mobile phone number provided by you for Account Alerts and, if availableupon notifying us of any changes, to we will have a reasonable time make such changes. We will not include your mobile device full Account number in Account Alerts; however, you understand and acknowledge that accepts SMS text messagesAccount Alerts may contain information regarding Account balances, transactions, and other confidential information. You understand and agree that your account alerts anyone with access to the email address or mobile phone which you provided for Account Alerts may be delayed or prevented by a variety of factors beyond the Bank’s controlable to access this information. It is your responsibility to secure and protect your email, mobile phone, computer, and Access ID and Password/Token in order to protect the Bank neither guarantees confidentiality of information contained in Account Alerts. We do not guarantee the delivery of, nor the or accuracy of, the contents of any account alert. You also understand Account Alerts and agree that the Bank shall not be liable for any delays(i) delay in delivery, failure to deliver, or misdirected miss-delivery of any alertan Account Alert; for (ii) any errors contained in the content of an alertAccount Alert or any incomplete information contained in an Account Alert; or for (iii) any actions taken action or not taken by inaction you or any third party anyone else takes in reliance on an account alert. Because account alerts are not encrypted, the Bank will never include your User Access Codes or full account number.
