Payment Audit Records of costs incurred under terms of the Contract will be maintained in accordance with section 8.3 of these Special Contract Conditions. Records of costs incurred will include the Contractor’s general accounting records, together with supporting documents and records of the Contractor and all subcontractors performing work, and all other records of the Contractor and subcontractors considered necessary by the Department, the State of Florida’s Chief Financial Officer, or the Office of the Auditor General.
Account Alerts The Account Alerts service is a tool for managing accounts. By enrolling for Account Alerts, you expressly consent to the Credit Union communicating with you by email or text with contact information you have provided. Account Alerts should not be relied upon solely for account information. While the Credit Union makes every effort to ensure alerts are delivered as expected, there are conditions that may make the alerts unreliable such as, but not limited to: spam filters, relay detectors, inaccurate or obsolete email addresses, network or system failures, etc. The Credit Union recommends that the service be tested prior to regular use to identify any limiting conditions that may be present. The Credit Union does not guarantee the delivery of any account alert.
Contract Audits Eligible Purchaser represents and warrants that it shall cooperate with Enterprise Services, the Office of the State Auditor, federal officials, and/or any third party authorized by law or contract, in any audit conducted by such party pertaining to any Contracts that Eligible Purchaser has made purchases from pursuant to this Agreement, including providing records related to any purchases from such Contracts.
E9 Audit E9.1 The Contractor shall keep and maintain until six (6) years after the end of the Contract Period, or as long a period as may be agreed between the Parties, full and accurate records of the Contract including the Services supplied under it, all expenditure reimbursed by the Authority, and all payments made by the Authority. The Contractor shall on request afford the Authority or the Authority’s representatives such access to those records and processes as may be requested by the Authority in connection with the Contract.
Auditor Report; Right to Audit (a) Within the time period permitted for the examination audit pursuant to 12 CFR Section 363 after the end of each fiscal year during which the Receiver makes any payment to the Assuming Institution under this Single Family Shared-Loss Agreement, the Assuming Institution shall deliver to the Receiver a report signed by its independent public accountants stating that they have reviewed the terms of this Single Family Shared-Loss Agreement and that, in the course of their annual audit of the Assuming Institution’s books and records, nothing has come to their attention suggesting that any computations required to be made by the Assuming Institution during such fiscal year pursuant to this Article II were not made by the Assuming Institution in accordance herewith. In the event that the Assuming Institution cannot comply with the preceding sentence, it shall promptly submit to the Receiver corrected computations together with a report signed by its independent public accountants stating that, after giving effect to such corrected computations, nothing has come to their attention suggesting that any computations required to be made by the Assuming Institution during such year pursuant to this Article II were not made by the Assuming Institution in accordance herewith. In such event, the Assuming Institution and the Receiver shall make all such accounting adjustments and payments as may be necessary to give effect to each correction reflected in such corrected computations, retroactive to the date on which the corresponding incorrect computation was made.
Account Verification Whether or not a Default or Event of Default exists, Agent shall have the right at any time, in the name of Agent, any designee of Agent or any Borrower, to verify the validity, amount or any other matter relating to any Accounts of Borrowers by mail, telephone or otherwise. Borrowers shall cooperate fully with Agent in an effort to facilitate and promptly conclude any such verification process.
Account Access Electronic Check Transactions may only be made from your checking account.
Account Opening I. The Principal (not including OBU customers) shall complete and submit to the Bank an account opening application form for the Gold Investment Account (hereinafter referred to as "the Account"). All purchases/deposits, regular investments, buying price, back sales, withdrawals of physical gold, transfers or other related transactions under this account shall be processed against the original authorized seal on the specimen seal card or "authorized seal" field on the account opening application form.
Account Reconciliation You will verify and reconcile any out-of-balance condition, and promptly notify the Credit Union of any errors within the time periods established in the Membership and Account Agreement after receipt of your account statement. If notified within such period, the Credit Union shall correct and resubmit all erroneous files, reports, and other data at the Credit Union's then standard charges, or at no charge, if the erroneous report or other data directly resulted from the Credit Union's error.
Account Statements and Requesting Account Records Unless your Account is restricted you may view and download your PayPal account statement by logging into your PayPal account. You agree to review your transactions through your PayPal account history instead of receiving periodic statements by email. You will receive important information about your payments and payment receipts by e- mail immediately after a transaction. Your transaction history will also be updated and made available to you at any time by logging into your account. You can also access a downloadable report from your PayPal account. This will show all fees incurred and any other amounts charged to your PayPal account in the relevant period. The report will only be updated and made available if there has been any activity on your PayPal account or any fees have been incurred in the relevant period. The way in which we provide the transaction information will allow you to store and reproduce the information unchanged, for example by printing a copy. We reserve the right to charge a fee for providing you with additional information or for providing the transaction history and other information about fees in a different way but we won’t charge you for records requested in connection with your good-faith assertion of an error in your PayPal account.
