Account Access definition

Account Access means your ability to access account and transaction information on Accounts and transfer funds between Accounts through the Internet.
Account Access means your ability to access (i) those products and services described in Section II.B of this Access Agreement through the Online Service; and (ii) those products and services described in Section IV.E of this Access Agreement through the Mobile Service.
Account Access means your ability to access account and transaction information on Accounts and transfer funds between Accounts through the Internet. Addendum refers to agreements, disclosures and additional terms and conditions applicable to specific Online and Mobile Banking Services. Addendums form part of this Agreement. Xxxx Xxx is an electronic service where you can authorize and schedule payments to payees you designate. (See Addendum Bill Pay Agreement for additional terms and conditions) Business Day means Monday through Friday, except federal banking holidays.

  • In connection with Account Access and discussions with us regarding your account, we may furnish you with one or more user identifications or passwords.

  • You will notify NEC immediately of any unauthorized use of Your Account, Access Information or any other actual or potential breach of security.

  • If a transaction or service type is not available, the attempted transaction will generally be refused as an “invalid transaction.” Account Access.

  • Online Accounts are designed for private use and should only be accessed through Authorized User’s Online Account Access Information.

  • It includes necessary statements and any special instructions regarding the use of your Visa Debit Card "Card", our audio response system "Bank by Phone", our Internet Account Access system "Online Banking", and our Mobile Internet Account access system "Mobile Banking", each with their corresponding personal identification number (PIN) or access code, and any checks You authorize to be processed electronically “E-Check”.


More Definitions of Account Access

Account Access means your ability to access balance and transaction information, transfer funds between deposit accounts, or engage in xxxx payment via personal computer. Account Agreement means this Agreement, and the agreement between you and us that governs the use of your Account, including deposit account agreements, funds availability and electronic fund transfer disclosures, and the schedule of fees and charges provided to you at account opening, all as shall be amended from time to time.
Account Access. Once you enroll for Taunton Federal Credit Union’s Online Banking service, you may use a personal computer to access your accounts. The first time you log in, you must use your Personal Identification Number (PIN) that you chose or that was assigned to you by the Credit Union to access your accounts using the Telephone Banking (ARU) system. You may then be required to change your PIN to a complex Password of your choice. Changing your Online Banking password will not also change your Telephone Banking (ARU) PIN. Online Banking is normally available seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day with the exception of short periods for scheduled maintenance and/or upgrades. You will need a personal computer and access to the Internet (World Wide Web). You are responsible for installation, maintenance and operation of any software and your computer. Taunton Federal Credit Union is not responsible for any errors or failures involving any telephone service, Internet service, software installation on your computer. If available, and you are not enrolled in our Xxxx Xxxxx Service, you may enroll by submitting the separate Xxxx Pay Electronic Registration Form. Access to your accounts through Online Banking will be based upon the identification of users specified by you, provided that we shall have no responsibility or obligations whatever to monitor transactions through Online Banking to determine that they are on the behalf of the account holder.
Account Access. The following types of transactions may be made with your accounts: • Preauthorized deposits made directly from other persons into your Account • Preauthorized transfers made directly to other persons from your Account • You may have preauthorized charges paid from your share or share draft account Electronic Teller: Your PIN may be used with any TouchTone® telephone to allow you to initiate any of the following transactions, provided the accounts have been authorized for use. You may make: • Transfers from Share to Share Draft Account • Transfers from Share Account to Loan • Transfers from Share Draft to Share Account • Transfers from Share Draft Account to Loan Debit Cards: Your Debit Card may be used to access your Share Draft Account to purchase goods, pay for services, get cash from a merchant, if the merchant permits, or from a participating financial institution up to your available balance. Your Debit card may also be used at any ALABAMA ONE CREDIT UNION ATM location. Additional networks may be added at some later date. You will be notified of any additions by us. When used with your PIN, the Debit card will allow you to initiate any of the following transactions, provided the accounts have been authorized for use. You may make: • Deposits to Share Account • Deposits to Share Draft Account • Cash Withdrawals from Share Account • Cash Withdrawals from Share Draft Account • Transfers from Share to Share Draft Account • Transfers from Share Draft to Share Account • Transfers from Share Account to Loan • Transfers from Share Draft Account to Loan • Payments to Loan
Account Access means the ability of Independent Advisor to access account, transaction information and certain permissions as to use of the Core System on Accounts through the Internet, as more specifically outlined in Article III herein.
Account Access means your ability to access account and transaction information on Accounts and transfer funds between Accounts through the Internet. Agent refers to the third party online banking service provider.

Related to Account Access

  • Client Account means the unique personalized account of the Client consisting of all Completed Transactions, Open Positions and Orders on the Platform, the Balance of the Client money and deposit/withdrawal transactions of the Client money. It is understood that the Company may use the term Trading Account or Account on its Website or communications, which shall mean your Client Account.

  • Direct access means access to a patient or resident or to a patient's or resident's property, financial information, medical records, treatment information, or any other identifying information.

  • Merchant Account means the merchant account facility agreed between you and the Merchant Acquiring Bank.

  • Concentration Account has the meaning provided in Section 6.13(c).

  • Billing Account is the checking account from which all Service fees will be automatically debited.

  • Account Information means any information relating to the Account including without limitation to the Account number, Account balance or value, gross receipts, withdrawals and payments to or from the Account.

  • User Account means an account under the name of the Customer in relation to the Service subscribed by the Customer.

  • Project Account means the account referred to in Section 3.04 (a) of this Agreement;

  • account information service means an online service to provide consolidated information on one or more payment accounts held by the payment service user with either another payment service provider or with more than one payment service provider;

  • Account Application or “Application” shall mean the application, as may be amended from time to time, by which this Agreement is established between the Depositor (or following the death of the Depositor, the Beneficiary) and the Custodian. The statements contained therein shall be incorporated into this Agreement.

  • Clearing Account Agreement means that certain agreement relating to clearing account services by and among Mortgage Borrower, Lender and Clearing Account Bank, as the same may be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, relating to the operation and maintenance of, and application of funds in, the Clearing Account.

  • Deposit Account Agreement means the Deposit Account Agreement and Disclosure, as may be amended from time to time, issued by the Custodian and available on the Custodian’s internet customer portal, “xx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx”.

  • Operating Account means a demand deposit account maintained at the Funding Bank in Borrower's name and designated for funding that portion of each Eligible Loan not funded by a Warehousing Advance made against that Eligible Loan and for returning any excess payment from an Investor for a Pledged Loan or Pledged Security.

  • Information processing system means an electronic system for creating, generating, sending, receiving, storing, displaying, or processing information.

  • Project Accounts means the accounts referred to in Section 3.03 (a) of this Agreement;

  • Online Account means the Bank account from which you will be conducting transactions using a Service;

  • Account Agreement means the agreements for the operation of the Account.
