Account Management Commitment. Contractor’s Account Management Sales Team commits to provide services to the County of such quality as will result in Contractor's achieving the Account Management Composite Score, designated in Attachment B, on the Account Management Report Card. The Account Management Report Card is attached as Attachment B to this Agreement and must be completed, signed and dated by the County and returned to Contractor on a quarterly basis.
