Account Monitoring; Security. We may monitor the credit and debit card transactions processing activity received from the Merchant Group and investigate unusual or suspicious activity, provided, that in no event do we assume any responsibility to discover any possible breach of your or your Provider’s security or misuse of the Provider services. We shall have the right to inspect your operation, system and websites used by you or your service providers to verify your compliance with security obligations. We may discontinue acceptance of the card transactions processing activity from the Token Grouping and/or provision of the tokenization service immediately at any time without advance notice to you or your Provider.

Account Monitoring; Security. ATM One and its Suppliers may monitor the use of Services or Payment Transaction activity and investigate unusual or suspicious activity, provided, that in no event does ATM One assume any responsibility to discover any breach of Tulsa County's security or misuse of the Services. Tulsa County and ATM One will immediately notify the other if either discovers any breach of security or misuse of the Service(s). ATM One will have the right, at ATM One's sole cost, to inspect Tulsa County's operation, system, and website to verify Tulsa County's compliance with its security obligations under this Agreement. Tulsa County will be responsible for failure to use reasonable security precautions and for any fraud committed by its employees, representatives, or Customers.

Agency and OPC shall immediately notify the other if either discovers any breach of security. Agency and OPC shall each be responsible for its own failure to use reasonable security precautions in connection with the use of the Card Services.

Account Monitoring; Security. Official Payments and its Suppliers may monitor the use of Services or Payment Transaction activity and investigate unusual or suspicious activity, provided, that in no event does Official Payments assume any responsibility to discover any breach of Client’s security or misuse of the Services. Client and Official Payments will immediately notify the other if either discovers any breach of security or misuse of the Service(s). Official Payments will have the right, at Official Payments’ sole cost, to inspect Client's operation, system and web site to verify Client's compliance with its security obligations under this Agreement. Client will be responsible for failure to use reasonable security precautions and for any fraud committed by its employees, representatives or Customers.

  • Account Monitoring Merchant acknowledges that Servicer will monitor Merchant’s daily deposit activity. Servicer may upon reasonable grounds suspend disbursement of Merchant's funds for any reasonable period of time required to investigate suspicious or unusual deposit activity. Servicer will make good faith efforts to notify Merchant promptly following suspension. Servicer is not liable to Merchant for any loss, either direct or indirect, which Merchant may attribute to any suspension of funds disbursement.

  • Technical Security Controls 35 a. Workstation/Laptop encryption. All workstations and laptops that store PHI COUNTY 36 discloses to CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of 37 COUNTY either directly or temporarily must be encrypted using a FIPS 140-2 certified algorithm which 1 is 128bit or higher, such as AES. The Connecting Transmission Owner for the Transmission District to which the wind generating plant will be interconnected and the wind plant Developer shall determine what SCADA information is essential for the proposed wind plant, taking into account the size of the plant and its characteristics, location, and importance in maintaining generation resource adequacy and transmission system reliability in its area.
