Breach of Security definition

Breach of Security means the occurrence of unauthorised access to or use of the Premises, the Services, the Contractor system or any ICT or data (including the Authority’s Data) used by the Authority or the Contractor in connection with this Contract.
Breach of Security or “Breach” means unauthorized acquisition of computerized data that compromises the security, confidentiality, or integrity of sensitive personal information including data that is encrypted if the person accessing the data has the key required to decrypt the data.
Breach of Security means the occurrence of: any unauthorised access to or use of the Services, the Sites and/or any Information and Communication Technology (“ICT”), information or data (including the Confidential Information and the Customer Data) used by the Customer and/or the Supplier in connection with this Call Off Contract; and/or the loss and/or unauthorised disclosure of any information or data (including the Confidential Information and the Customer Data), including any copies of such information or data, used by the Customer and/or the Supplier in connection with this Call Off Contract, in either case as more particularly set out in the security requirements in the Security Policy;
