Common use of Account Opening Clause in Contracts

Account Opening. On or before the Trade Date, the Lead Manager or its nominated Affiliate will (where relevant) open an account in the name of the Vendor in accordance with its usual practice, and do all such things necessary to enable it to act as Lead Manager to sell the Sale Shares in accordance with this agreement.
