Common use of Account Suspension or Termination Clause in Contracts

Account Suspension or Termination. By using the Services, you understand and acknowledge that we have the right, at our sole discretion, to immediately suspend or terminate your Account and/or freeze any cryptocurrency balance(s) in your Hosted Wallet(s), without prior notice if (i) we suspect, at our sole discretion, you to be in violation of any provision of this User Agreement, our AML Program, or any applicable laws or regulations; (ii) we are required to do so by law or by any regulatory authority, court order, facially valid subpoena, or binding order of a government authority; (iii) we suspect any suspicious or Unauthorized Activity or any actual or attempted unauthorized access to your Account or Login Credentials; (iv) your account with the correspondent has been suspended or terminated or you no longer have access to the Platform; or
