User Account Creation and Deletion. The User acknowledges and agrees that the creation and deletion of user accounts are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. The User shall not engage in the repeated creation and deletion of the same user account ("Account Cycling") for the purpose of circumventing user license requirements.
