Consequences of Violation. If the Company determines that Recipient has engaged in an action prohibited by Section 4.2 below, then:

Partner hereby acknowledges and agrees, SFDC may terminate or suspend this Agreement immediately by written notice without any liability to Partner: (1) upon any violation by Partner of this Section 10.10; or (2) circumstances causing SFDC to believe, in good faith, that Partner, or any of its owners, directors, employees, or third parties (including subcontractors, sub-distributors, integrators, or other third parties), has engaged in illegal conduct or unethical business practices, including any potential violations of the Anti-Corruption Laws. Termination or suspension by SFDC under this section shall be in addition to, and not in lieu of, SFDC’s other legal rights and remedies. If SFDC terminates or suspends the Agreement under this section, SFDC may suspend or withhold any payments to Partner, including payments for services previously performed. SFDC will not be liable for any claims, losses, or damages arising from or related to failure of Partner to comply with the Anti-Corruption Laws or this Agreement or related to the termination or suspension of this Agreement under this clause, and Partner will indemnify and hold SFDC harmless against any such claims, losses, or damages.
Consequences of Violation. If the Supplier determines that the Customer or the User have violated the Agreement, the Supplier may take any or all of the following actions: a) require an immediate upgrade and payment of the licenses corresponding to the use of the Service at Supplier’s list prices, b) suspend or terminate access to the Service without prior notice, c) seek damages as a result of the violation of the Agreement and d) report the abuse to the law enforcement authorities.
Consequences of Violation. The parties recognize the right of the Employer to take disciplinary action, including discharge, against any employees who participate in a violation of this Article, whether such action is taken against all the participants or against only certain participants, and such action of the Employer in discharging or otherwise disciplining such employees shall not be considered a grievance or be subject to review through the grievance procedure. It is understood and agreed by the parties that an employee does have the right to file a grievance on the issue of whether s/he did in fact violate the provisions of this Article.

Violation of the policies and procedures of CKS concerning the use of computers and networks will result in disciplinary action: Consequences reset by semester • First Offense: Student will lose computer privileges/Internet access. Loss of privilege length will be determined by the administration/teacher.

Xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx does not host Warez, Underage Adult, Pornographic, or Copyrighted Media content.

Veškeré porušení tohoto článku tvoří závažné porušení této Smlouvy. Zadavatel je vedle jiných sankcí stanovených Příslušnými právními předpisy a/nebo touto Smlouvou oprávněn ukončit tuto Smlouvu s uvedením důvodu a s okamžitou platností, jestliže Zdravotnické zařízení poruší své povinnosti dle tohoto článku. Zdravotnické zařízení a Zkoušející odškodní a ochrání Zadavatele vůči jakékoli ztrátě nebo škodě vyplývající z porušení tohoto článku nebo jakéhokoli Příslušného právního předpisu ze strany Zdravotnického zařízení a/nebo Zkoušejícího, jejich ředitelů, vedoucích pracovníků, zaměstnanců, subdodavatelů a zástupců a to maximálně do výše odměny obdržené v souvislosti s tímto Klinickým hodnocením.
Consequences of Violation. (s) -A violation of the provisions of the AUF or Terms and Conditions may result in revocation of the user's network and/or Internet access privileges regardless of the success or failure of the attempt. In addition, school disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion, and/or appropriate legal action may be taken.
