Common use of Account Use Clause in Contracts

Account Use. You are responsible and liable for all uses of the Services and Documentation resulting from access provided by you, directly or indirectly, whether such access or use is permitted by or in violation of this Agreement. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you are responsible for all acts and omissions of Authorized Users, and any act or omission by an Authorized User that would constitute a breach of this Agreement if taken by you will be deemed a breach of this Agreement by you. You shall use reasonable efforts to make all Authorized Users aware of this Agreement’s provisions as applicable to such Authorized User’s use of the Services and shall cause Authorized Users to comply with such provisions.

Account Use. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you are responsible for all acts and omissions of Authorized Users, and any act or omission by an Authorized User that would constitute a breach of this Agreement if taken by you will be deemed a breach of this Agreement by you. You shall use reasonable efforts to make all Authorized Users aware of this Agreement’s 's provisions as applicable to such Authorized User’s 's use of the Cloud Services and shall cause Authorized Users to comply with such provisions.

You shall use reasonable efforts to make all Authorized Users aware of this Agreement’s the provisions as of these Terms applicable to such Authorized User’s 's use of the Services Service and shall cause Authorized Users to comply with such provisions.

You shall use reasonable efforts to make all Authorized Users aware of this Agreement’s provisions as applicable to such Authorized User’s use of the Services and shall cause Authorized Users to comply with such provisions.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you are responsible for all acts and omissions of Authorized Users, and any act or omission by an Authorized User that would constitute a breach of this Agreement if taken by you will be deemed a breach of this Agreement by you. You shall use reasonable efforts to make all Authorized Users aware of this Agreement’s 's provisions as applicable to such Authorized User’s 's use of the Services Provider services or website and shall cause Authorized Users to comply with such provisions.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you are responsible for all acts and omissions of Authorized Users, and any act or omission by an Authorized User that would constitute a breach of this Agreement ▇▇▇▇ if taken by you will be deemed a breach of this Agreement ▇▇▇▇ by you. You shall use reasonable efforts to make all Authorized Users aware of the provisions of this Agreement’s provisions as ▇▇▇▇ applicable to such Authorized User’s 's use of the Services Managed Service and shall cause Authorized Users to comply with such provisions.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you are responsible for all acts and omissions of Authorized Users, and any act or omission by an Authorized User that would constitute a breach of this Agreement if taken by you will be deemed a breach of this Agreement by you. You shall use reasonable efforts to make all Authorized Users aware of this Agreement’s 's provisions as applicable to such Authorized User’s 's use of the Services Valence Platform and shall cause Authorized Users to comply with such provisions.
