Common use of Accountability Agreement Clause in Contracts

Accountability Agreement. β€Œ a. The Minister and the LHIN have entered into an Accountability Agreement. As required by section 18 of LHSIA the current Accountability Agreement that is in place includes the following: A. performance goals and objectives for the LHIN and the local health system; B. performance standards, targets and measures for the LHIN and the local health system; C. requirements for the LHIN to report on the performance of the LHIN and the local health system; D. a plan for spending the funding that the LHIN receives from the Minister under section 17 of LHSIA, which spending shall be in accordance with the appropriation from which the Minister has provided the funding to the LHIN; and E. a progressive performance management process for the LHIN.
