Part 25, the Subrecipient shall obtain a unique entity identifier (formerly a DUNS number) and an active registration in System for Award Management (“XXX”). The Subrecipient shall maintain its unique entity identifier and an active XXX registration for the duration of this Agreement. In addition, the Subrecipient shall provide the City with all information requested by the City to enable the City to comply with the reporting requirements of FFATA and other applicable law.

FEDERAL FUNDING ACCOUNTABILITY AND TRANSPARENCY ACT OF 2006. (“FFATA”). FFATA reporting requirements will apply to any funding awarded by IHCDA under this Agreement in the amount of $25,000 or greater. The Sub-recipient, as a sub-recipient, must provide any information needed pursuant to these requirements. This includes entity information, the unique identifier of the Sub-recipient, the unique identifier of Sub-recipient’s parent, and relevant executive compensation data, if applicable (see subsection C below regarding executive compensation data).
