Common use of Accounting and Tax Services Clause in Contracts

Accounting and Tax Services. The Servicer shall arrange for such accounting and tax services and advice and other professional services (which may be provided by the Servicer’s internal staff, to the extent available) as shall be reasonably necessary or appropriate in connection with the structuring of lease, sale or financing transactions with respect to the Assets or for any other purpose that the Servicer reasonably determines is necessary in connection with the performance of the Services.

The Servicer Servicers shall arrange for such accounting and tax services and advice and other professional services (which may be provided by the either Servicer’s Affiliates or its internal staff), to the extent available) as shall be reasonably necessary or appropriate in connection with the structuring of lease, sale or financing transactions with respect to the Assets of Aircraft or for any other purpose that the Servicer Servicers reasonably determines determine is necessary in connection with the performance of the Servicesservices hereunder.
