Accounting and Tax Services. The Digimarc Group shall provide each of the accounting and tax services specified in Schedule 1.3.1 (the “Digimarc Accounting and Tax Services”) to the DMRC Group, in accordance with the terms and conditions for such Digimarc Accounting and Tax Services, and at the applicable rates, fees and charges associated with such Digimarc Accounting and Tax Services, as set forth on Schedule 1.3.1.
