Accounting for Contributions. Except as otherwise required by law, prepare any financial statements which shall account for the transactions contemplated hereby in any manner other than as a contribution of the Contributed Receivables to the Company or in any other respect account for or treat the transactions contemplated hereby (including for financial accounting purposes, except as required by law) in any manner other than as contribution of the Contributed Receivables to the Company.
