Contributors. 3.1 If the Theatre or the Writer proposes that the Play is to include contributions from any Contributor, the Theatre or the Writer shall (prior to the issue of the Writer’s Agreement) specify any proposals for the collaboration with the Writer in writing to the other party, including proposals for any sharing of Royalty and/or fees (if known).
