Accounting for Spent Funds. 1. For purposes of completing the Expenditure Reports required pursuant to Education Code Section 17076.10, over the course of the project, the Grantee shall maintain a general ledger at a Project-specific level that includes fund, resource, project year, goal, function, and object codes for all expenditures for the Project, including furniture and equipment, as they are described in the California School Accounting Manual, Procedure 301: Overview of the Standardized Accounting Code Structure and Procedure 345: Illustrations Using Account Code Structure. 2. Annual Expenditure Reports Pursuant to Education Code 17076.10, beginning 12 months from the first fund release, and continuing annually for a period of up to years after the final fund release, as described in SFP Regulation Section 1859.104, the Grantee shall submit an Expenditure Report to the Office of Public School Construction.
