ACCOUNTING OF DISCLOSURES OF PROTECTED HEALTH INFORMATION. a. Disclosure Records: Business Associate will keep a record of any Disclosure of PHI that Business Associate makes to its agents, subcontractors or other third parties, if Covered Entity is required to provide an accounting to Individuals of such Disclosures under 45 C.F.R. § 164.528. Business Associate will maintain its record of such Disclosures for six years from the termination of this Agreement.
