Common use of Accounting Periods Clause in Contracts

Accounting Periods. Landlord shall have the right from time to time to change the periods of accounting hereunder to any other annual period than a Calendar Year, and upon any such change, all items referred to in this Article 6 shall be appropriately apportioned.
