ACCOUNTING RECORDS AND SUPPORTING EVIDENCE. 11.1 The Grant Recipient shall maintain full and accurate accounts and documentary evidence for the Project on an open book basis and the Grant Recipient shall permit the Council and the LEP and persons authorised by the Council and the LEP to inspect audit and take copies of all reports books accounting records and vouchers which the Council and the LEP properly considers relevant to the Project.
