Common use of Accounting Standards Clause in Contracts

Accounting Standards. The Sub-Recipient agrees to comply with 2 CFR Part 200 Subpart D §302 - §303 and agrees to adhere to the accounting principles and procedures required therein, utilize adequate internal controls, and maintain necessary source documentation for all costs incurred.

Accounting Standards. The Sub-Recipient recipient agrees to comply with 2 CFR Part 200 200, Subpart D §302 - §303 E and agrees to adhere to the accounting principles and procedures required therein, utilize adequate internal controls, and maintain necessary source documentation for all costs incurred.

Accounting Standards. The Sub-Recipient agrees to comply with 2 CFR Part 200 Subpart D §302 - §303 and 24 CFR 570.502 and agrees to adhere to the accounting principles and procedures required therein, utilize adequate internal controls, and shall maintain necessary source documentation for all costs incurred.

Accounting Standards. The Sub-Recipient Subrecipient agrees to comply with 2 CFR Chapter I, Chapter II, Part 200 Subpart D §302 - §303 200, et. al. and agrees to adhere to the accounting principles and procedures required therein, utilize adequate internal controls, and maintain necessary source documentation for all costs incurred.

Accounting Standards. The Sub-Recipient agrees to comply with 2 24 CFR Part 200 Subpart D §302 - §303 84.21−28 and agrees to adhere to the accounting principles and procedures required therein, utilize adequate internal controls, and maintain necessary source documentation for all costs incurred.

Accounting Standards. The Sub-Recipient recipient agrees to comply with 2 CFR Part 200 200, Subpart D §302 - §303 D, and agrees to adhere to the accounting principles and procedures required therein, utilize adequate internal controls, and maintain necessary source documentation for all costs incurred.
