Common use of Accounting System Requirements Clause in Contracts

Accounting System Requirements. Consultant shall maintain and shall ensure that its Sub-Consultant(s) maintain an adequate system of accounting and internal controls that meets GAAP. Judicial Council Court Representation The Judicial Council has the authority to act on behalf of the Court(s) and to bind the Court(s) with regard to any matters relating to this Agreement. Any Court designated by name in an authorized Service Work Order shall be an intended third party beneficiary of the Services provided under this Agreement. In the event the Court gives conflicting instructions or makes conflicting determinations with respect to any matter affecting Consultant’s performance of its obligations, the Consultant shall notify the Judicial Council of the conflict and the Judicial Council shall resolve any such conflict.
