The Accreditation Requirements clause sets out the standards or certifications that a party must maintain to participate in the agreement. Accreditation Requirements. 9.1 The Owner must be Accredited, or procure another person or entity to be Accredited, as the Rail Infrastructure Manager for the Private Infrastructure prior to the Commitment Date.
9.2 The Owner must:
(a) maintain its Accreditation and comply with all conditions of its Accreditation prior to the Commitment Date and thereafter until the Expiry Date; or
(b) if the Owner is not the Rail Infrastructure Manager for the Private Infrastructure, ensure that the Rail Infrastructure Manager for the Private Infrastructure maintains its Accreditation and complies with all conditions of its Accreditation prior to the Commitment Date and thereafter until the Expiry Date, notify Aurizon Network immediately if at any time during the term of this Agreement the Rail Infrastructure Manager for the Private Infrastructure ceases to be Accredited in respect of the Private Infrastructure.
9.3 Aurizon Network must:
(a) be Accredited as the Rail Infrastructure Manager for the Connecting Infrastructure and the Network prior to the Commitment Date and thereafter until the Expiry Date; and
(b) notify the Owner immediately if at any time during the term of this Agreement it has ceased to be Accredited in respect of the Connecting Infrastructure or the Network.
Accreditation Requirements. Midway ▇▇▇ and School District mutually agree to:
a. Work together as necessary to fulfill and maintain accreditation standards of Midway ▇▇▇ educational programs;
b. Comply with all applicable requirements of any accreditation authority, and certify such compliance upon request;

(d) The Client indemnifies QBT from and against any Loss or Claim arising in connection with any failure by the Client to comply, in whole or in part, with any Accreditation Requirements.

Pursuant to 305 ILCS 5/5-30 (a) and (h), any Demonstration Plan serving at least five thousand (5,000) seniors, or, people with disabilities, or, fifteen thousand (15,000) individuals in other populations covered by the Medical Assistance Program that have been receiving full-risk capitation for at least one (1) year are considered eligible for accreditation and shall be accredited by the NCQA within two (2) years after the date it was eligible for accreditation. Contractor’s failure to achieve accreditation may result in the termination of the Contract.
